Sessions
Sessions last about 50 minutes and are normally weekly, though it suits some clients to come less often and I will be happy to discuss this with you.

If we meet for a first session and decide that further sessions will be useful I'll invite you to consider how many sessions you may want. I offer both short and longer-term counselling, short-term being up to 8 sessions.

Confidentiality is a vital part of counselling and will be fully explained in the first session, including any exceptions.


Fees

£40 per session

£30 for students (if self-funding)
