About CounsellingWhat is it about counselling that helps? Counselling can help with any personal issue that may be troubling you or preventing you from living a fulfilling life. You may have suffered a loss or bereavement, be struggling with a relationship or perhaps experiencing stress or depression. Or you may wish to explore aspects of your nature that trouble you, that you'd like to feel differently about or possibly change. These are just a few examples.
