My name is Jo Inglis. I'm an accredited counsellor with over 12 years' experience, and provide individual face-to-face counselling and therapy in the heart of Durham City, within walking distance of bus and train stations and easily accessed by car.

An initial appointment gives both of us a sense of what you'd like counselling to help with and how I may help as your counsellor. You can then decide whether or not you want to commit to more sessions.
