Jo Inglis Counselling

My name is Jo Inglis. I'm an accredited counsellor with over 12 years' experience, and provide individual face-to-face counselling and therapy in the heart of Durham City, within walking distance of bus and train stations and easily accessed by car.

I hope the following pages will give you a good idea of the service I offer. If you decide you'd like an appointment, I'll invite you to attend an initial session so we can get a shared sense of what you'd like counselling to help with and how I may help as your counsellor. You can then decide whether or not you want to commit to more sessions.

If it turns out that counselling isn't right for you, I'll be pleased to help you consider other forms of therapy or help that might suit your needs better right now.
